The Politics Space is a platform for those interested in discussing social processes and supporting civic engagement in Russia. We bring together people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives, creating an environment for open dialogue, knowledge exchange, and grassroots initiatives.
The project started in 2018 as a student initiative. Our first meeting, dedicated to the theme of freedom, took place in Moscow. Over time, The Politics Space has grown into a network of local hubs across six cities: Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, and Omsk. We have also previously held events in Yaroslavl, Smolensk, and Dubna.
